NSUWT/NUT National Action 27th June 2013

I have been informed by the NASUWT and NUT that their campaign of protest against Pay and Conditions and Pensions is continuing. This will take the form of strike action on Thursday 27th June 2013. At the time of writing this letter, I am undertaking a risk assessment to judge the Heath and Safety implications for our school.

There is a possibility that our school will be closed fully or partially on that day. I wanted to give you as much advance notice as possible so that you can plan for the possibility that your child may not be in school on that day. Final confirmation will be in the next newsletter and on our school website. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Inset Day

I would like to remind you that the date of the next staff training day is on Friday 21st June, School will be closed for students on this day.

Grease

Grease tickets are on sale every break time, see Miss Robinson if you wish to purchase any.

The show dates are:

Wednesday 10th July, Thursday 11th July and Friday 12th July.

Tickets are £4.00 for adults and £3.00 for concessions.
